Moscow City Day – is an annual city festival in Moscow. It is celebrated during the first weekend in September. This day folk festivals and concerts take place all over the city. Usually the president of Russias peaks at the ceremony and congratulates the residents of Moscow. Then the party starts and people take part in different events to celebrate this day.
