I think, that music has in most cases only positive qualities, because music gives a listening experience, it helps to relax and catch my rhythm of life. In sports, listening to heavy music, you stop noticing the noise and extraneous movements, concentrating only on the exercises. Classical music has a positive effect on us for mental stress. The disadvantages of the music may be only that listening to music at high volume, your hearing gets worse. And so, the music is just a big plus!
